Mum’s the word for a second time for Mansbridge Balment’s Moving Manager Joanne Churchman.

Joanne – who works at the Plymouth City Office – is taking maternity leave to have her second child.

The agency has recruited a familiar face to take on the role in Jo’s absence in Ruth Dreher.

Ruth is the wife of Plymouth City Office Director Ben Dreher and brings a strong academic background, as well as a good knowledge of the estate agency business to the job.

Darren Lawson, Managing Director of Mansbridge Balment Plymouth, said: “All the staff wish Jo the best of luck with her impending new arrival and we are all delighted to welcome Ruth to Team Mansbridge Balment,” said Darren.

“With her background and knowledge of our business, she will be a powerful asset to our moving team in Jo’s absence.”

Ruth is looking forward to getting to grips with her new role – and has no worries about working alongside her hubby.

“It will be fine. after all, I am not working alongside him…we’re on different floors!” joked Ruth.
