The Gold Standard agent is among the medals again!

Mansbridge Balment Plymouth is among the customer service medals again – reinforcing its reputation for delivering a Gold Standard client experience.

The agency’s Plymouth North Office in Woolwell struck double Gold in the Best Agent in Plymouth and Best Agent in PL6 post code categories of the allAgents.co.uk Estate and Letting Awards 2017.

Plymouth City Office celebrated a silver medal in the Best Agent in Plymouth category – and were only pipped to the top prize by their Woolwell colleagues by just one vote!

Staff at the City branch were able to celebrate a gold medal of their own as Best Agent in the PL4 post code.

But it was the Plymouth North branch which ultimately claimed bragging rights by taking its overall medal tally to three with a bronze in the Best Agent in the South West category.

Managing Director Darren Lawson is delighted with the medal haul from allAgents.co.uk, the UK’s largest customer review website for the property industry, where Mansbridge Balment Plymouth is consistently ranked in the top 50 out of nearly 15,000 estate agents nationwide for customer satisfaction.

“The fact there was just one vote between City Office and our esteemed colleagues in Woolwell just goes to show how little there is between the two of us in terms of customer service excellence,” said Darren.

“Having said that, I am sure I won’t hear the end of it at our Christmas party about how they went one medal better than us.”

The agency has a great track record in the awards, bagging two golds in the 2016 event for Estate Agent of the Year and Best Agent in the PL6 post code.

Also last year, a number of staff from both the agency’s Plymouth City and Plymouth North branches claimed gold, silver and bronze medals in the 2016 People Awards.

“We have still got this year’s People Awards to come, so I am looking forward to some further successes for our staff who work so hard to deliver a service we can all be proud of,” added Darren.
