Mansbridge Balment was founded in Tavistock by Harry Mansbridge back in 1971.
Building on traditions of professionalism and experience, the firm has seen many changes since those early days, but the principles of putting our clients’ needs first, and always acting in their very best interests remains at the heart of everything we do.
Mansbridge Balment are Tavistock’s longest-established firm of estate agents with a high street presence. Having changed locations over the years, ‘Mansbridge’ are now situated close to the river Tavy, adjacent to the Eastgate Restaurant, in Market Road. The office is the administrative headquarters of the firm and home to both sales and lettings teams. From here, the firm covers the surrounding areas including Mary Tavy, Peter Tavy, Lamerton, Gunnislake, Brentor, Chillaton, Gulworthy, Milton Abbot, St Anns Chapel, Callington and the many villages and hamlets in and around.
