Mum’s the word for a second time for Mansbridge Balment’s Moving Manager Joanne Churchman. Joanne – who works at the Plymouth City Office – is taking maternity leave to have her second child. The agency has recruited a familiar face to take on the role in Jo’s absence in Ruth Dreher. Staff at Mansbridge Balment Plymouth are doing some house hunting of their own. As the countdown to the traditionally busy Easter period begins, the agency is keen to find more suitable properties to put on its books. Agency staff serve up festive treats for Shekinah charity

Staff from Mansbridge Balment’s two Plymouth branches will be taking a break from their office duties to bring some festive cheer to one of the city’s leading charities. Senior Sales Negotiator Kristabel Cooper, Sales Progression Manager Ann Hall, Sharon Rushbrook, Administration Manager and Tess Denley, Assistant Manager at the Plymouth City branch, will be among a number of volunteers serving Christmas dinner on December 20th at the Shekinah charity. Based in Bath Street, Shekinah works with the homeless, people with drugs and alcohol issues, offenders and those suffering mental ill health, helping them to develop new skills and go on to live independent and fulfilling lives. Moor to Sea heading for Thurlestone

The second leg of the annual golf match between Tavistock vets and Thurlestone seniors was played out resulting in an overall victory for the team from the south Devon coast. Sponsored by Mansbridge Balment, and named after their popular lifestyle/property magazine, the prestigious trophy was handed across to Tom (Thurlestone Captain) by Ian (Tavistock Captain) with Mansbridge Balment’s MD Nick Henderson overseeing proceedings. Tavistock will be looking to regain the trophy when the ties are replayed in 2017. The matches are competitive but always very friendly, which is reflected by the banter and enjoyment at the 19th hole!
