M.A.D. winner Tess puts in the miles to make a buyer smile

Assistant Manager Tess Denley has been honoured for going the extra mile for a client – well 8.6 miles to be precise!

When a buyer couldn’t wait until Mansbridge Balment Plymouth next opened after the recent Easter holidays to get their hands on the keys to a property – Tess came to the rescue.

She drove back to the Plymouth City Branch on Mutley Plain from her home near Yelverton to pick up the keys and deliver them personally to the eager purchaser.

Her selfless act has earned her the latest Making a Difference (M.A.D.) award, which rewards the agency’s staff for going above and beyond for its customers.

Presenting Tess with her prize of £100 worth of vouchers for her choice, Mansbridge Balment Plymouth’s Managing Director Darren Lawson was full of praise for her actions.

“While everyone was settling down to a much needed Bank Holiday weekend, Tess thought nothing of travelling back into Plymouth to make sure the buyer got the keys,” said Darren.

“It is just another example of the amazing customer service Tess, and indeed all the staff here at Team Mansbridge Balment, are committed to delivering every day.”
