Valuer Natalia Rozario will help to spread the message about customer service excellence in estate agency after becoming a hot property in a new advertising campaign!
Natalia – who is based at Mansbridge Balment’s Plymouth City office – is among a select group of estate agent employees across the UK picked to appear in a series of commercials being launched by Propertymark.
Created by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) earlier this year, Propertymark is a high profile initiative aimed at delivering greater customer confidence in estate agents.
Natalia will feature in a number of Propertymark adverts on TV, as well as in print and online, which will help to promote the initiative to a wider audience.
“I am really excited about the opportunity to be part of such a worthwhile industry campaign,” said Natalia.

As one of the few Plymouth agents fully licensed by the NAEA, Mansbridge Balment Plymouth has put its full weight behind the Propertymark initiative.
It brings together the combined expertise and experience of all NAEA member organisations and businesses who are dedicated to giving customers complete confidence in the service they will receive.
As the current Westcountry Regional Executive for the NAEA, Natalia’s colleague Chris Mervyn, Mansbridge Balment Plymouth’s Branch and Marketing Manager, has been busy promoting the new initiative to other regional members.
