Mansbridge Balment Plymouth is celebrating a hat trick of awards in the Relocation Agency Network’s (R.A.N.) online training programme.
Staff members, Valuer Natalia Rozario and Assistant Manager Tess Denley from the Plymouth City Office and Kristabel Cooper, a Senior Sales Negotiator at the Plymouth North Office, have all been awarded their R.A.N. Customer Service Accreditation Certificates.
But the talented trio didn’t just meet the criteria for the training – they all performed at an advanced level, to the delight of Managing Director Darren Lawson.
“When you consider this accolade puts all three members of staff in the top 10 per cent of Relocation Agents in the whole of the UK, this is simply outstanding,” said Darren.
“It just goes to prove that when it comes to customer service, Team Mansbridge Balment Plymouth is committed to exceeding, not just meeting, the expectations of our clients. I could not be more proud of their efforts.
“It is such a rare achievement.”
The certification is based on each member of staff delivering quality customer service by sending ‘qualifying’ referrals each year under the auspices of R.A.N.
R.A.N. is a national network of 650 specially selected independent agents, which helps families and individuals looking to relocate to other areas of the UK, buy and sell property. It is a division of Cartus, which is recognised as one of the foremost providers of relocation services across the globe.
Mansbridge Balment is R.A.N.’s sole agency in Plymouth and has now been one of its designated estate agents for seven years in a row.
Darren said this is testament to the level and quality of service the agency has consistently delivered for the network.
“The selection process is very tough and by invitation only so I am obviously delighted that we have been repeatedly equal to the challenge,” said Darren.
“Now I look forward to being part of this very prestigious network for many years to come.”
