"The sale of this property was certainly more complicated than most. The large amount of building and structural work needed meant a number of specialist reports were required which took time to arrange. Unfortunately, the first sale then collapsed due the chain below us breaking so the property was then offered to our “reserve” buyer, who thankfully was still interested and able to exchange and complete in a matter of weeks. Inevitably this process was traumatic for our client who had never had to deal with anything like this before, but we did all we could to get the sale back on track as quickly as possible, so as not to cause any further distress."
