This service is ideal for first-time landlords or those living outside the area – including overseas. With a fully managed service, landlords can have no direct involvement unless they choose. As your agent, we handle all tenant communications and maintenance issues, including 24/7 support, ensuring problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Our Fees

  • Set-up fee: ½ month’s rent or £450 including VAT (whichever is greater)
  • Ongoing monthly management: 14.5% of rent including VAT

  • Marketing – from our high-street Lettings office and online via Mansbridge Balment, Rightmove, OnTheMarket and Mayfair Office
  • Accompanied Viewings with prospective tenants
  • Tenant References & Checks – completed application forms, full referencing and credit checks
  • Tenancy Agreement – including bespoke additional clauses or addendums
  • Deposit Protection – lodge deposits with an approved tenancy deposit scheme
  • Move-In Coordination – notify utilities and local authorities
  • Routine Inspections – regular visits with written reports
  • Rent Collection – full management of rental income
