Once a tenant has been secured and the tenancy agreement signed, the landlord assumes responsibility for all ongoing matters, including rent collection, property inspections, and maintenance. This service is ideal for local, experienced landlords who have the time and knowledge to manage their property and tenants on an ‘on-demand’ basis.

Our Fees

  • Set-up fee: ½ month’s rent or £450 including VAT (whichever is greater)

  • Accompanied Viewings with prospective tenants

  • Tenant References & Checks – completed applications, full referencing and credit checks
  • Tenancy Agreement – prepared with clauses specific to your property
  • First Month’s Rent Collection
  • Deposit Handling – collection and, where applicable, registration with the DPS on your behalf
  • Rent Payments Set-Up – arrange standing orders so tenants pay rent directly to you

INTRODUCTION SERVICE

This service is most popular with established landlords who already manage their own portfolios. You will need to provide your own Tenancy Agreements, undertake viewings and manage all rent collection, inspections and maintenance.
