Landlord - Fully Managed Service


This service will suit a range of Landlords but in particular either first time Landlords or a Landlord who lives either out of the area or abroad. Using the Fully Managed Service    allows a Landlord to have no direct involvement in dealing with their Property, unless they so wish. As your Agent we will also take care of all maintenance issues (including being available 24/7 to tenants) and should any issues arise, deal directly with the tenant.


Set up fee equivalent to Half a month’s rent + VAT or a minimum fee of £425 Incl VAT, then 14.5% PCM Management Fee Incl VAT.

    · Prepare professional particulars to include high quality photographs

    · Market your property from our designated Lettings office with high street frontage and on the internet (websites include:,,  and )

    · Accompanied Viewings

    · Obtain completed application form / full references / credit checks on all prospective tenants

    · Tenancy Agreement – including any additional clauses or addendums specific to your property

    · Deposit Scheme—Lodge the deposit with an Approved Deposit Scheme

   · ‘Move Tenant In’ – i.e. notify all utilities and local authorities

    · Routine Inspections – including written reports that will be sent to you

    · Rent Collection

    · Maintenance (24/7)

Annual Rent reviews and implement increases where applicable
