Full Managed Set Up of Half a month’s rent or £425 including VAT (whichever is greater) and then a monthly management fee of 14.5% inc VAT of the rental income.
Tenant Find Service Set Up of Half a month’s rent inc VAT or £480 inc VAT (one off fee).
