"Our existing property was successfully purchased through Mansbridge in Tavistock in 2007. Fourteen years later when it was time to move on, Mansbridge were marketing a new build house that we fell in love with. Unfortunately, it would not be completed till the end of 2022 but to be considered we would have to put our property on the market by the end of February. Mansbridge were given the task of finding a buyer who could possibly wait until our purchase was finished at the end of the year. By April they had but all parties had a stressful roller coaster ride until contracts were exchanged on 18th November. Members of the Mansbridge team that were actively involved in our sale were Nicola, Peter, Richard, Kevin, Tony and not least Dan. When negotiations appeared to be reaching a stalemate Peter was able to broker a favourable deal between our sale and purchase and agents fees that enabled us to proceed for which I am very grateful. Richard and Tony both took some great internal photos and early spring external shots to provide a great presentation for rightmove but when full summer arrived and the garden was looking its best Dan turned up with his camera and added some amazing images of the Barn and its gardens in full bloom, one of which I will have enlarged and mounted for display in our new home."
