Landlord - Tenant Find Service


Once a Tenant has been matched and has signed the Tenancy agreement, as the Landlord you would be responsible for all matters going forward (Rent Collection,    Property Inspections, all Maintenance requirements). This service level would best suit a local, experienced Landlord who has the knowledge and time to manage the Tenants and Property on a ‘on demand’ basis.


Set up fee - Equivalent to Half a month’s rent + VAT or a minimum fee of £400 plus VAT (one off fee)


· Free Market Appraisal      

· Prepare professional particulars to include high quality photographs

· Market your property from our designated Lettings office with high street frontage and on the internet (websites include:,,  and )

· Accompanied Viewings

· Negotiate a Let

· Obtain completed application form / full references / credit checks on all      prospective tenants

· Prepare the Tenancy Agreement, specific to your property

· Collect the first month’s rent in advance

· Collect the deposit and, where applicable, register it with the DPS on your behalf

· Set your Tenants up with standing orders to pay you the rent directly and anything they need going forward
